The coverage terms of a contract vary depending upon your selection and vehicle eligibility at the time you purchased the contract. Please check the front of your contract for the terms of your coverage, you will find them listed in time and miles. If you have additional questions regarding the terms of your contract call an AAC customer service at 877-783-2221 for further explanation.

The components covered on your contract will vary depending upon the coverage you selected at the time of purchase. The front of your contract will tell you which level of coverage you purchased and subsequent pages of the contract will list the covered components for each level. For additional questions regarding your coverage please contact an AAC claims adjuster at 877-783-7113.

AAC offers the flexibility to select the deductible you want to pay. You choose $0, $100, $200, or even a disappearing deductible.

No need to stress about the inconvenience of having your vehicle in the shop. Most AAC Vehicle Service Contracts include rental car reimbursement to keep you on the road while we are fixing your covered vehicle.

Many American Assurance coverage plans include 24/7 nationwide Roadside Assistance. Please refer to your contract to determine what Roadside Assistance services (if any) are included. If you purchased coverage that includes Roadside Assistance and need help, please call 1-800-451-0459 and have your plan/registration number ready for the operator (this number can be found in the upper right-hand corner of your contract).
