Self-starting and independent, with strong interpersonal sales skills and the ability to build and leverage lasting business relationships.

A deep desire to build your own business, maximize opportunities for unlimited income potential with no ceiling on commissions, and be the kind of person that goes straight to the top to deal with the true decision maker in a clients' organization

Retail Automotive Sales and/or F&I experience is a plus, but not required. Sales experience outside the retail automotive field can also provide a strong base for success.
