ARE CONTRACTS TRANSFERABLE? In most cases YES! For a small fee to be paid, most of AAC's contracts are transferable within the first 30 days of the sales of the vehicle. If you are unsure, please refer to the transfer section of the contract or give us a call (877) 783-2221 HOW DO I CANCEL MY CONTRACT? To start the cancellation process please contact your selling dealer. HOW LONG IS THE CANCELLATION PROCESS? The cancellation process usually takes 4 - 6 weeks. Once you contact your dealer to start a cancellation you will need to sign a cancellation request form. The dealer will then send us the cancellation request and it will get processed within 1 - 2 days. A check for the cancellation will be mailed to your dealer. Once the dealer receives the check, they will then determine where it needs to be sent (yourself or the lien holder). AS A DEALER, DO I QUALIFY TO SELL AAC? YES! If you are a certified dealer than you qualify. Please contact us so that we may get a local agent in your area to visit you and further discuss which products best fit your dealer needs! DOES AAC HAVE ONLINE CONTRACTING OPTIONS? Yes! Through our Dealer Access Portal (DAP) you can write all of your contract online in one place. When your dealership first signs up, you will be asked to provide logins and passwords. Your agent will then provide training on our system and explain how to start writing contracts! DOES AAC OFFER DMS INTEGRATION? YES! Please contact your local agent or our home office for the listed DMS' that are eligible for integration. Our products are integrated with DealerTrack, MenuSys, Optionsoft, and many others. WHO IS AMERICAN ASSURANCE? American Assurance Corporation was incorporation in 2005, providing just limited warranties at that time. It wasn't until 2014 that we secured not one but two A rated insurance companies to back us. YES! We now offer 24/7 claim coverage online, begin a claim any time of day. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A CLAIM? The claim process varies from product to product. Here is a general idea on claims by product: Premier service contracts 1 - 5 days, depending on the repair (but don't worry, most contracts come with rental!)
