Get your vehicle to the nearest qualified repair facility, give the repair facility authorization to diagnose the failure, and have the repair facility call the claim in to the American Assurance Claims toll-free number (1-877-783-7113) during the next business day. Be sure that the repair facility does not proceed with any repairs until American Assurance Corporation has been contacted and a claim adjuster has authorized both the repair as well as the cost
